Important Announcement This presentation contains very important guidelines related to Vendor Registration Process on https://maharashtra.etenders.in It should be noted that these guidelines are meant for and should be mandatorily followed by only those bidders who wish to participate in MSRTC Stores and Purchase Tenders. Rest of MSRTC bidders other than MSRTC Stores and Purchase Department may not follow these guidelines. Enrollment Category to be set by Existing/New Bidders of MSRTC Stores and Purchase Department Here we will see, how an existing/new bidder should set any of the following combinations for Vendor Enrollment categories during Vendor Registration Process : Incorporation Type Enrollment Category Any Open OR Any NSIC OR Any Small Scale Industry Points to Remember Any existing/new bidder who intends to participate in MSRTC Stores and Purchase tenders has to ensure that he has selected any one of the following combinations (whichever applicable) in his online Enrollment Info.; If the bidder is From Open Category then he will have to select following corresponding values in his Enrollment Info. Registered with NSIC Registered with Small Scale Industry e.g. For a tender department has set EMD Amount of Rs.15000/- for Open Category bidders and EMD Amount of Rs. 5000/- for NSIC and SSI Registered Bidders. Then if, Incorporation Type Enrollment Category Any Open Any NSIC Any Small Scale Industry Incorporation Type Enrollment Category Amount prompted by Application during Online EMD Payment Any Open 15000/- Any NSIC 5000/- Any Small Scale Industry 5000/- Points to Remember If a bidder select a combination other than aforementioned combinations, then; • While making Online EMD Payment during Bid Preparation stage, he/she will not see actual EMD Amount to be paid for the tender. • Instead, as he/she has selected incorrect combination of Incorporation Type and Enrollment Category during Vendor Registration Process, application won’t prompt the bidder to pay any EMD amount (it will show EMD Amount to be paid as Rs. 0/- (Rupees Zero Only). • If the bidder overlooks or ignores this and completes entire bidding process then such bids received by MSRTC Stores and Purchase Department will be treated as bids submitted without any online EMD payment made against it. Consequently, such bids will be rejected by MSRTC during Technical Envelope Opening process and any grievances by the bidders in this regards will not be entertained at all by MSRTC Stores and Purchase Department Which Incorp Type to select MSRTC Stores and Purchase Bidders should select Incorp Type as ‘Any’ only.
