Community Enrollment Specialist The Community Enrollment Specialist is a part time position supporting the enrollment and recruitment efforts within their community. Also known as members of our “Street Team”, the Community Enrollment Specialist is a key team member of our marketing and enrollment team. Position Description The Community Enrollment Specialist will work under the direction of the Flex Academy Enrollment Coordinator to generate community interest in the Flex Academy model leading to student enrollment. This position is expected to work 10-12 hours per week generating leads, growing contact lists, recruiting students and supporting families throughout the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have or posses:  A clean, friendly and welcoming appearance  Community outreach experience  Excellent communication skills  The ability to work evenings, weekends and at community events throughout the spring and summer months  Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through
