Competition Dates & Times:
- Saturday 11th April 2015, will start 12.00pm, warm-up starts from 11am, Opening
Ceremony from 11:45am
- Sunday 12th April 2015, will start 09.00am, warm-up starts from 8am.
Participation:
The competition is open to all clubs. There are two ratings categories, one international; the
other one is based on the Hungarian Master Swimming Federation policy, in every event and
age group the best Hungarian swimmer is the National Champion.
By entering the participant confirms that he or she is fit enough to participate in this
competition. All swimmers are responsible for their own safety, but medical examination
is recommended.
Age classification, Individual events:
Competitor’s age as of December 31st, 2015 must be 25years, date of birth 1990 or earlier can
start and get ranked on the competition.
Out of the competition all people welcome, with date of birth 1990 or later but not be awarded.

Age classification Relay events:
All relay requires 4 people, all team member’s date of birth must be 1990 or earlier
and members need to be from the same club.
A mixed relay consists of 2 men and 2 women.
Age groups of relay to be conducted on the total age of team members in whole years.
Age groups of relay events are as follows: 100-119, 120-159, 160-199, 200-239, 240-279, 280319, 320-359, and (forty year increments as high as necessary).
Ranking: Results will be prepared on the time measured in the heat.
Awards: There will be medal awards to the 1-3 places per discipline and age group for
individual and relay events. The best Female & Male swimmer and the eldest Female & Male
swimmer are going to be honoured as well.

The award ceremony will take place during the event.

Registration form has to include all required information.
Registration deadline: 3rd of April 2015, midnight.
Appreciate your help and please collect & bring all entries per team and send together.
Entry fees and payment: Swimmers registered with MSZUOSZ single start cost 600.-HUF,
relay costs 1200.-HUF per starts. Swimmers aged 70 or elder get two single starts free.

Pay in cash prior the warm-up is possible at the administration area of the swimming pool
entrance. Please keep transfer confirmation ready as well.
Costs: The settlement cost of the race is paid by the event organiser, all other possible cost
are the participants responsibility.
Other remark: In each event, swimmers will be seeded according to their submitted entry
times. Heat starts with slower heat followed by faster ones.
Rules:
The one-start rule will apply for all swimming events. All starts will be “over the head” i.e.
swimmers from the previous race will stay in the water waiting on the ropes 1meter ahead of the
timing wall until the next race has started, they can leave the pool then without touching the
timing wall.

For the questions above not mentioned or discussed the FINA and MSZUOSZ rules are applied.
Warm-up: During the whole competition the other side of the 50m pool is
available for warm-up.
Accommodation: For overnight accommodation options, please contact to the organiser.
Food & Beverage: The swimming pool food court is open during the whole competition.
On Saturday night, 11th of April, 2015 an evening event take place at a restaurant
with buffet dinner.
The dinner cost is: 2.500-HUF
