Virtuoso violinist and comedian Dawn Harms will present a benefit recital for the student scholarship fund at AUC’s Community Music School, Thayer Performing Arts Center, on Sunday, April 12 at 3:00 PM. “Harms, a former TPAC student, is a serious professor of music indeed, but also known as the ‘Victor Borge of the violin’ with her comedic antics that include a constant array of surprises. She is able to keep an entire family on the edge of their seats! The program will include works by Vivaldi, Mozart, Kreisler, and her trademark Hot Canary and Orange Blossom Special.
