Made from only the finest quality polymer resins and a unique blend of specially graded aggregates. Plastic Mortar offers superior wear characteristics and resistance to impact and heavy abrasion. Plastic Mortar is a permanent, heavy-duty way to patch or resurface damaged concrete floors and can also be used as a resurfacer to smooth over large floor areas. The products provide durable, seamless surfaces that help withstand repeated cleanings and thermal shock. Plastic Mortar can easily be applied by in-house personnel for small patch and repair projects or QuestMark’s professional flooring crews are available for total turnkey resurfacing projects. Concrete Patching, Repair & Resurfacing 2105 Standard Epoxy Patch 2105 is a three component, 100% solids epoxy mortar and is the most economical of our plastic mortars. It is formulated to incorporate good flexural, tensile and compressive strength. 2105 is recommended for patching and resurfacing of areas where chemical resistance and a high degree of impact resistance are not required. Decorative Epoxy Broadcast System Broadcast Systems are used for decorative purposes in light to medium duty traffic aisleways, locker rooms, bathrooms, cafeterias, clean rooms, packaging areas, manufacturing areas and laboratories. This system gives an overall shine and is available in a smooth finish or a Topcoat Primer Aggregate light texture to minimize slips. Substrate Receiver Color Chart 100 110 Coat This is a monolithic epoxy resurfacing system designed to restore moderately worn or pitted concrete floors. This system is installed with a serrated applicator, and colored quartz aggregates leaving a gloss finish. The advantages of this system are excellent wear and chemical resistance. This system is the ideal choice between a heavy duty resurfacer and a high build epoxy coating. A urethane topcoat is optional. 120 140 150 160 170 200 220 180 210 230 Actual colors may vary from colors shown. 9 Secondary Containment When the primary system fails, the secondary containment system becomes the first line of defense against contamination of the surrounding groundwater from the chemicals which are being stored, manufactured or processed. QuestMark’s 8000 Series are chemical resistant epoxy resurfacers and epoxy/novolac coatings that offer mid-range to high performance chemical resistance with the ability to contain high concentrations of acids and even some chlorinated solvents. These products have been the benchmark of our product line for years and have withstood the test of time. Protective Lining & Coating Products 8250 Novolac Epoxy Resurfacer Three component, 100% solids novolac epoxy mortar designed for applications where splash and spills of acids and chemicals occur. Recommended for traffic areas, chemical troughs curbs and chemical spill areas. Note: While suitable for most immersion applications, immersion for some chemicals will not be suitable.
