Modified Report Card to:
o Display primary homeroom teacher name and additional home room
teacher name on Kindergarten, Primary, Intermediate, Middle and
Secondary Report cards. Schools can select the primary homeroom
teacher check box on the staff details template to identify the primary
homeroom teacher.
o Increase font size for all report cards.
o Fix the typo on Secondary report card info page.
Removed duplicate records.
Added the following user-defined fields to the student details templates:
o CohortID
o 6 year grad CohortID
Enabled the Interim mark of 'F' for all quarterly and Trimester transcript definition.
Set the `Allow repeat’ option/checkbox as a default on all enterprise-level courses.
Removed the field ‘Study Criteria’ from use.
Enabled mass update of the categories for comments (School View> Admin >
Comments> Codes)
Renamed the following fields on students table:
o ‘G10 Passport to Ed Stamp’ to ‘Awards – Passport Grade 10’
o ‘G10 Passport to Ed Stamp’ to ‘Awards – Passport Grade 11'
o ‘G10 Passport to Ed Stamp’ to ‘Awards – Passport Grade 12'
Removed access to BC 1701 Student Details report (previously found on the Student
top tab > Options menu)
Enabled Data Dictionary report on District view > Admin Top tab > Reference Side
Tab and on the Tools Top Tab > Reports Side Tab
Added Student Course Request Transaction to Favorite (Global > Favorite). This
table is where the Notes to Counsellors for student requests are stored.
