Donald H. Plotsky Senior Product Manager Western Asset Management Company Mr. Donald H. Plotsky has over 30 years of experience in the fixed-income markets as a product manager, business manager and portfolio manager. As Senior Product Manager he currently leads the Retail/Sub-Advisory Channel and is responsible for the firm’s mutual fund, retail SMA and Investment Trust businesses. He is a member of the Pasadena Management Committee and of the firm’s Strategy Committee. He was also a founding member of the firm’s Market and Credit Risk Committee. Previously he was head of the Product Group. He joined the Firm in 2002. Prior to joining Western Asset, Mr. Plotsky was Director of Sales and Client Service at CDC Investment Management Corporation. Mr. Plotsky was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Advisers Capital Management, Inc. and a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Equitable Capital Management Corp. Mr. Plotsky began his investment management career at Hutton Risk Management, a subsidiary of E.F. Hutton & Co., where he was an Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Mr. Plotsky earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
