PURPOSE / MISSION ISKANDAR MALAYSIA CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY JOHOR
1) To unify and strengthen the members relationship through rigorous activities,
discussions, training, research and marketing.
2) Encourage and build trade relationship, social relation, economy and harmony
among the community of members.
3) To help members in their daily business activities such as solving various problems
by providing sufficient resources and business opportunities which are related to
regulations, amenities and business laws to its members. Provided that these
resources are incoherent with the regulation from the Registrar of chambers or any
other related state regulations which are still in force till to date.
4) To take care of its members generally.
5) To promote business and industrial related activities such as courses, exhibitions and
business talks to further build and grow the Iskandar Malaysia's Industrial sector.
6) To promote activities and investment opportunities which were guaranteed by the
government provided that all monies and revenues that were generated from the
activities and involvement in any trade or investment will solely be used for the
chamber's further growth and activities. It is not meant to be used for interest
payment, profit or bonus to any of its members.
7) For the purposes of the Chamber part of its activities would be collecting donations
from interested public by written consent from the Registrar of Chambers and the
related authorities beforehand.
8) Among other activities are applying, buying, securing, owning and re-securing lands
and other valuable properties which are deemed fit by the chamber opinion,
provided that the authority has given consent (if applicable).
