There will be a fee for renting an instrument. Students continuing band/orchestra will be placed at appropriate level. For students taking band
for the first time and have had previous experience playing an instrument, please call Mr. Allen Nii at 973-5050 to schedule a placement

**MPSA CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Students must submit the MPSA Certificate Application in addition to this registration form. The MPSA Certificate Application form is online at

Dance and Theatre Certificate students fulfill Middle School PE credit by taking the concurrent courses of ballet or theatre with contemporary
dance.
