The Neighborhood at SeaGrove Board of Directors Meeting Tuesday, March 17th, 2015 at 6:00pm SeaGrove Library MINUTES Call to Order: Kyle Worrell called the meeting to order at 6:00p.m. Determination of Quorum: Directors Present: Kyle Worrell, Ed Pritchett, Frank Ward, Melissa Fox and Jennifer Piniarski. A quorum was announced. Laura Kelley was present from Coastal Realty. Approval of minutes: Frank made a motion, seconded by Melissa, to waive the reading of the minutes from February 17, 2015 and approve. All in favor, motion passed. Neighbors on Saltwater Circle have been complaining about traffic moving in the wrong direction. Management will have maintenance replace the damaged boards on the bridge and remove garbage from the common area north of the sidewalk between condos and basketball court. The Neighborhood Watch Committee requested a golf cart for committee use. After a group discussion it was determined that a community golf cart would be a very complicated venture and not in the best interest of the community at this time. The Board will look at the pool furniture to determine how many new chairs are needed. Management will order a decorative cover for the electrical outlet at the entrance. Monica Parisi introduced herself as a SeaGrove resident/owner and new owner of the restaurant in Town Center. The new restaurant will be called Terra & Acqua and is expected to open in May sometime. Owners were given an opportunity to make comments. With no further business for the Board to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:03 p.m. Respectfully submitted by Laura Kelley
