Background The Scheme is based on internationally accepted principles of accreditation namely a 3 year cycle of accreditation comprising Initial Accreditation (IA), followed by a Surveillance Assessment (SA) and then Re-accreditation after 3 years. However, as there were no parallel to the Scheme across the Globe, it actually evolved itself based on inputs from experts and feedback/ learnings from the field as follows – Incorporating Initial Accreditation (IA) process – Version 1, Jan 2010 Incorporating IA and Surveillance Assessment (SA) processes – Version 2, Aug 2011 Incorporating IA, SA and Re-accreditation (RA) processes – Version 3, June 2015 National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET) is organizing two day Workshops at the following locations, to cover the requirements of Version 3 of the Scheme. Day 2: Quality Management System as applicable to NABET scheme To be attended by: Consultants, Industry, Regulators, SEAC, SEIAA, Stakeholders etc. Registration fee: Rs. 12,000/ per participant for two days (non-residential) plus 14% service tax through DD/ at par cheque in favour of ‘Quality Council of India’.
