2015 NAJLA MARKET LIVESTOCK EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT FORM
Exhibitors must complete the following 3 forms:
1) NAJLA EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT FORM, due April 15.
2) NAJLA MARKET REGISTRATION FORM for each market animal you are entering in the Fair. This
form is available from your project leader or online at najlasite.org. Form should be mailed to NAJLA
PO Box 3472 Flagstaff, AZ 86003
3) COCONINO COUNTY 4-H ENTRY FORM for each market animal you will be entering into the Fair.
This form is available in the Fair book. When completed, return this form to the 4-H Extension office by
the first Friday in August.

____ I understand It is my responsibility to complete and mail the required three forms mentioned above.
____ I understand the ownership and postmark deadlines for entry in the Coconino County Junior Livestock
Auction for all market animals I will be entering.
____ I understand that all required information; pictures, ear tags, ear notches, and signatures must be
completed according to instructions, and sent to NAJLA by the stated postmark date in order to be
eligible for the Coconino County Fair Junior Livestock Auction.
____ I understand the Late Registration Policy.
____ I understand if my Market Registration form is missing any of the required items, my registration will be
incomplete and not accepted, making me ineligible for the Coconino County JR. Livestock Auction.
____ I understand that it is my responsibility to read the current NAJLA Auction Rules.
MARKET LIVESTOCK EAR TAGS


Your project leader will give you an official NAJLA ear tag for each steer/pig/lamb/goat that you enter.
If an ear tag comes out of your registered animal’s ear after the ownership deadline date, contact the
NAJLA Registration Committee Chair immediately by email [email protected] or phone 928 380-8143
A member of the Registration Committee will come to you and give you a replacement tag in exchange
for your original tag.

DRUG TESTING FEE

I understand that my market livestock is subject to drug testing and that NAJLA will deduct $10.00 from
each market animal that I sell in the Coconino County Jr. Livestock Auction, excluding small stock.
PHOTOGRAPHS


A photography fee not to exceed $8.00 for each market animal will be deducted from exhibitor sale
proceeds.
I give permission for photographs of the exhibitor and or entry to be used for promotion and advertising
of the auction as NAJLA determines.
LATE REGISTRATION NOTICE
Market Registrations received after the Postmark deadline; but no later than one week, will be charged a late fee of $100. PER EXHIBITOR.
