GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION TO STD XI
1.
A Mark-Sheet cum Bonafide certificate will be issued from school on receipt of the
result from the Board. All Students will have to show this mark-sheet to the
institute they are applying at, for admission to class XI.
2.
The School Leaving Certificate, countersigned by the education officer, will be
given to All students, once received after counter-signature.
3.
The Grade-sheet cum Certificate of Performance and Migration certificate will be
issued to the students, immediately on receipt from the Regional Board.
4.
The ‘Online Admission Process’ for Std XI is applicable only to students who
are seeking admissions in schools/colleges other than those following the CBSE
syllabus.
5.
Ensure that every On Line Admission Booklet contains details of ‘Unique Log
in ID’ and ‘Password’ pasted in the booklet.
6.
Guidelines regarding the filling up of the ‘Online form’ are given in detail in the
book given to them. Students are requested to go through these thoroughly, before
filling in the form. Any child who faces any difficulty may approach the school for
assistance.
7.
Students should fill in personal details and marks from home.
8.
Students who have participated in Sports at the State level should get a ‘Sports
certificate’ duly certified by the Sports Officer from the Sports Office at Kandivali,
to avail of the provision for admission under Sports quota.
9.
Student belonging to a reserved category should be in possession of a valid caste
certificate, certifying that he / she belongs to the specific category.
10.
The caste certificate should be in the name of the child. At the time of
attestation 2 xerox copies of this caste certificate should be brought to school.
One copy will be retained by school.
