Management was untimely in paying on 3 PRE-ARBS that were signed on February 10, 2015 by ,James Martin (mgt) and Alton Branson (Union). The Check was not received by the Union until March 18, 2015. Management hereby agrees to pay HALC Branch 3825 a lump sum of $1,000.00 due to management being untimely in paying HALC Branch 3825 on the aforementioned PRE-ARBS. This settlement is made in accordance with the language of Article 15 and the Dispute Resolution Process. Management was untimely in paying on a PRE-ARB that was signed on February 5, 2015 by Jamelle Wood (mgt) and Alton Branson (Union). The Check was not received by the Union until March 19, 2015. The GATS number was K11 N-4K-C 14231533 and the local number was 50 14-SL44. Management hereby agrees to pay NALC Branch 3825 a lump sum of $1,000.00 due to management being untimely in paying NALC Branch 3825 on the aforementioned PRE-ARB.
