plans for the new international bridge and parkway.
9:30AM- Keynote Address: Modernizing the Bi-National Great Lakes Seaway
More than $7 billion is being spent by the private and public sector to modernize and
expand the capabilities of the bi-national Great Lakes Seaway- the most significant
infrastructure investment this inland trade route has seen in decades. How can crossborder trade barriers be removed to ensure the right climate exists to further capitalize
on this investment and a marine transportation network that enables $35 billion in trade
per year.

strategy. Global trade automation is an essential element of that strategy by providing
an important and effective tool to manage compliance and operational efficiencies,
risks, and opportunities. Panelists will share their approaches and best practices with
respect to global trade automation.
