Additional Information
Registration: Youth sports registration forms can be completed and submitted at any NBVC CYP facility. Forms
will not be accepted without payment, proof of completion of PAYS online clinic (signed PAYS code of ethics),
and AT LEAST two emergency contacts provided on registration form.
Volunteers: Individuals who serve as coaches and in other volunteer capacities may be eligible to receive a
“no cost registration” discount on their own youth’s YSF fees. Volunteers must complete all necessary paperwork and training prior to registration in order to receive discount.
Practice: Team practices will be held on Thursdays at a designated location for each site (Hueneme, Mugu,
Camarillo). Practice locations will be determined and announced by YSF coordinator.
