You may enter as many times as you qualified.
The same horse may be ridden only once. (Exceptions: Section A, Rule 12)
RV hookups reserved in advance by calling 478-988-6557.
Your horse must be named to enter.
To be stalled together, entries must be submitted in the same envelope.
Stalls will be PRE-ASSIGNED. Stalls are assigned as entries are received.
Stalls are mandatory for all horses. No entry will be
accepted without stall fee. NO PENS.
If multiple stalls are purchased names of contestants for each stall must be submitted with payment.
12 Months negative coggins required.
All stalls will be pre-bedded to expedite check in.
Check in any time before you run.
Late entries accepted June 13 - July 7 with double entry fee. Entries must be in office by July 7
by 4pm Eastern Time.
• We STRONGLY suggest you mail your entry in a way that is traceable (UPS, FedEx, Etc.)
CONTACT YOUR STATE DIRECTOR TO ENTER WEDNESDAY ACTIVITIES.
ENTRY PASSES: Riders will receive one armband per paid entry. Replacements are sold for $40. Parents, grandparents and siblings 6 or older
should order additional passes. Children 5 and under are admitted free. Extra passes–$35 in advance, $40 at the door. If you purchase passes in
advance they will be in your child’s packet at check in. After Saturday pick up packets at front door, Reeves Arena.
NOTICE: 4 wheelers, scooters, and any motorized vehicle that you straddle are NOT allowed!Contestant will be disqualified if ANYONE in their
party has one on grounds. Golf carts are allowed in by paying a $50 registration fee at the gate and only when driven by a licensed
driver (18 yr. or older). Unregistered, unnumbered carts will be taken from owners and will make contestants subject to disqualification. This includes
rental golf carts. NO EXCEPTIONS! Do not enter if you and your party cannot abide by this rule!
New dress code for holding pens: no one allowed in without closed toed shoes and long pants.
