NCA Dog Aggression Policy
Any dog that, in the opinion of the Event Committee, attacks a person or a dog at an
NCA working event, resulting in an injury, and is believed by that committee to
present a hazard to persons or other dogs, shall be disqualified. When the Event
Committee disqualifies the dog, a report shall be filed with the NCA Board. The
disqualified dog may not again compete at nor be on the grounds of an NCA working
event unless and until, following application for reinstatement by the owner to the
NCA Board, the owner receives official notification in writing from the NCA Board that
the dog’s eligibility has been reinstated.

Advanced Draft Test Information
Entry Fees and Policies: There is an entry fee of $45.00 per dog or team entered.
Complete the 2-sided NCA Draft Test Entry Form for each dog entered; two forms for
a team. Note that a copy of the dog's registration form must be included. Make
checks payable to the NCNE National Specialty. Send entries by US Mail to Sue
Mendleson, Draft test Secretary, P.O. Box 225, Washington, ME 04574.
The opening date is March 16, 2015 (Monday). Early entries will be returned. The

Draft Test Regulations. Withdrawal and refunds will be handled per Section 12 of the
Advanced Draft Test Regulations. There will be no post entries.
