Remove the battery.
Insert your non-Mobilicity SIM card.
Reinsert the battery and turn your phone on.
Press green/call button to display the keypad
Press # key 1 time
a. You will see “#” on your display
Press * key 3 times
a. You will see “p” on your display
Press the * key 4 times
a. You will see “w” on your display
Press * key 2 times
a. You will see “+” on your display
Input 15 digit code
a. Code “123456789012345” (example)
Press * key 2 times
a. You will see “+” on your display
Press the “1” key 1 time
a. You will see “1” on your display
Double-check what’s on the display
a. It should read: #pw+123456789012345+1 (example)
Press # key 1 time
a. You will see “#” on your display
Press OK button located on the left hand corner.
Your phone is now unlocked.
Unlocking Instructions for Nokia E73

Remove the battery.
Remove the SIM card.
Reinsert the battery and turn your phone on.
Type #pw+unlockcode+5#
1. Type the actual 15 digit Unlock Code in the unlock code portion of this sequence.
2. Example: #pw+123456789012345+5#

Device will ask you to re-enter unlock code
Phone will reset
