New device unlock features You can now unlock your devices online through Premier Online Care. • See a device unlock eligibility message. • Accept the terms and conditions. • Complete a short online form. See a device unlock eligibility message When a device is eligible to be unlocked, you’ll see a message on the View Account Information page and the Premier homepage. To start your device unlock request, click the link. The Business Device Unlock Terms & Conditions page opens. 3 View the device eligibility message and link. © 2014 AT&T Intellectual Property. Accept the terms and conditions Review and accept the terms and conditions on the Business Device Unlock page, and then click Continue. A short, device unlock request form opens. Note: After your request form is submitted, you can check your unlock status by clicking Business device unlock status. Once submitted, click to check your status. Complete a short online form You can complete the short, online request form, and then click Submit. Many fields automatically populate. You’ll then see a page confirming your request. Within two business days you’ll receive a confirmation email with device unlock instructions. More information • You can create a list of the wireless numbers in your account that are eligible to be unlocked by running a Device Unlock Eligibility Report in Premier Online Care. The report can be found on the Request Reports page. • To check the status of your device unlock request, visit http://www.wireless.att.com/bizdeviceunlock, www.att.com/bizdeviceunlock, or call 800.331.0500. • To allow Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs) to unlock their own devices, company administrators can select Allow Always for the new permission Allow Corporate Responsibility Users to view the Unlock Eligibility message & link.
