Holidays like Mother's Day and Father's Day can be particularly difficult. Join Dr. Christina Liparini for this special workshop which will cover: Challenging negative thoughts; practicing new ways to reduce physical and emotional symptoms through relaxation methods (including meditation and prayer). Fertility-enhancing lifestyle behaviors. New ways to nurture self-care and self-compassion. What friends and family can do (and not do) to help.
