The State Board of Higher Education (SBHE) will meet on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, 8:00 a.m. CDT, on the
Bismarck State College Campus in the National Energy Center of Excellence Building, Basin Electric
Auditorium, 1200 Schafer Street, Bismarck, ND 58501, for the purposes of interviewing the below-listed
candidates, identifying semi-finalists and identifying next steps in the Chancellor Search process being
undertaken by the SBHE. Members of the Chancellor Search Advisory Team will also be in attendance and
will be participating in the interviews and discussions as outlined in the following Agenda.

Review logistics regarding semi-finalists’ interviews, which will occur April 30, preceded
by semi-finalists’ meetings with broad-based internal and external constituencies, April
29, and possibly the 28th depending on the number of semi-finalists identified.
