C) PAYE contributions for January, February and March 2015, £150 total. 7. To approve comments on the annual place plan 2015. 8. To consider adoption of the Community Led Plan and a strategic progress plan. 9. To consider the following planning applications: a) 15/00823/ADV, Cleobury Mortimer Golf Club, erection of a non-illuminated one pole entrance sign. b) 15/00510/DIS and 12/03071/FUL, Avelana View, Baveney Farm. 10. To consider the hire agreement for Neen Savage Parish Hall. 11. To consider a response to a request received from Mr Tomanek, reference local connection. 12. To approve the updated model publication scheme. 13. To consider a response to the letter received from Mrs DelMar reference an additional donation offered by NSPC for the purpose of Neen Savage church yard maintenance. 14. To consider local road issues to include potholes, verge ruts, future repairs and maintenance, safety issues under continued discussion with Shropshire Council officer Ms Dilly . Also to report another accident at the Nash cross roads. 15. To approve a prepared response to the Vital Link regarding inaccurate report. 16. To consider the necessary repairs and maintenance of the telephone box. Also to clarify the future maintenance requirements expected to be carried out by Neen Savage Women’s Institute. 17.
