 These steps assume you have been playing for a while
and have already set up a base and created at least an
iron pick axe. A steady supply of coal is recommended.
 It is recommended to build a cobblestone generator to
have an infinite supply of cobblestone to condense. See
next page for steps on making an automatic
cobblestone generator.
 A great place to set up your base would be in the
bottom of a chasm, because ores are often exposed and
there’s no shortage of caves beneath.

 Make an infinite cobblestone generator.
 Then set up a steam engine, mining well, and
condenser as seen here.
 The only work involved is breaking the little orange
pipes every now and then when there are too many.

Condenser
Diamond ore can be found in veins of 1-10. Diamonds
only appear in the bottom 16 layers of the map. It is
most frequent in layers 12-5. It is recommended to dig
around a diamond block before mining because
otherwise the gem may fall into lava.
Why?
The first one is used to make the dark blue covalence dust. The second one
is used to make and alchemical chest that uses the dark blue covalence
dust. The third, forth, and fifth are used to make a diamond pickaxe. You
use this to mine four obsidian. The sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth are
used with the four obsidian to make your condenser. The tenth diamond
is kept so you can use your condenser to make more diamonds.

 It can be really anywhere, but lava will stop the
mining. Water is fine, and a suggestion to pour in as it
will change all lava to obsidian or cobble.

 Once you activate the
teleport pipes changing
their frequency, so the
water pipes are on 1 and
the oil pipes on 2, and
setting “Can receive” to
true, water and oil in
separate pipes, will begin
to pump in.
 Turn on the combustion
engines by putting and
turning on levers directly
beneath them.
 From here on, you should
be good to go!
 Keep an eye on your steam engines; after a while they
WILL heat up and they WILL explode. Shut them off
regularly and definitely if they are red to prevent
explosions.
 Combustion engines will only explode if they are left
with out any water. Make sure that your supply of
water never stops to them.
