Dear Colleagues,
In conjunction with the 24th National Conference of
Neurotrauma Society of India, a Satellite Conference of
Neurotrauma Nurses will be held for the Nursing fraternity of
the country, interested or working in the field of neurotrauma.
This can be a forum to learn the recent developments in the
field of neurotrauma including head injuries, spine trauma and
peripheral nerve injuries. During the conference there will be
scientific paper presentations, Neuro-Quiz programme, poster
presentations, exhibits display, elocution and other scientific
deliberations which can be of great benefit for neuronurses.

For all competitions including award paper
presentations, 3 categories
(Faculty/ PG students/ clinical nurses)
will be considered.
Abstract submission
The abstract should have a maximum of 250 words. Abstracts
for free paper presentation can be concept paper involving any
latest advancements or newer innovations in the field of
neurotrauma. Abstracts for award paper should be scientific
articles based on original study. The presentations in the
award/free paper category will have 8 minutes for presentation
and 2 minutes for discussion.
Abstracts should be sent before May 15th to
[email protected] and [email protected]. (The
Date is extended upto May 30th 2015 ) The full paper should be
sent before July 30th. Kindly enclose the registration receipt
along with the abstract and mention the category in which you
are sending the abstract.
Poster presentations
Posters on the theme neurotrauma (1mtr x 1mtr)
can be prepared for poster presentations.
Poster presentation will be accompanied by a
5 minutes oral presentation of the same.
Elocution and neuro quiz
The topic for elocution will be announced on the spot. Neuro
quiz will be based on the theme of neurotrauma.
Exhibition competition
Exhibits on the theme neurotrauma (1mt x 1mt) may be
prepared for competition. Interested participants can enroll for
any number of competitions. Delegates who want to submit
abstracts/present posters/participate in elocution, neuroquiz or
exhibition can send the information to [email protected]
before May 15th.
Accommodation
Delegates are requested to make their own accommodation
facility.
Upon request, accommodation for the outstation
delegates will be provided at the nurse’s hostel,
in NIMHANS in case of vacancy.
