Summer Camp 2015

Grades 3rd-8th
Summer basketball camps are a great way to get young Lady Miners to
learn and improve on basic fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling,
shooting, passing, and proper defensive mechanics. These skills will be
taught by current coaches of the Lady Miner Women’s Basketball program,
including Jenn Krill, Kim Evans, and Gia Grim. Current and former Lady
Miner players will be coaching and speaking, as well.
When: June 8th-12th
Time: 9am – 12 Noon
Who: Grades 3rd-8th (Fall grade level)
Where: Ali Gym, Nevada Union High School
Cost: $125

I acknowledge, agree and represent that I understand the nature of NU Lady Miner Skills and
Drills activity (“Activity”) and that my daughter is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical
condition to participate in such Activity. I hereby resolve, absolve, and indemnify, and hold
harmless the organizers, said officials and any facility or school district from any liability for
injuries or illness incurred by my daughter while attending NU Lady Miner Skills and Drills. In
case of injury or illness, necessary emergency treatment is authorized. All necessary
emergency treatment is authorized. All participants will be covered by secondary accident
insurance. This policy is non-duplicating and covers medical expenses that are within the range
of its limits, except for those covered by other valid and collectible insurance policies.
