Call for Abstracts
Abstracts are hereby called for a research workshop
aimed at discussing issues in Leapfrogging 1st Generation
Distance Education into 4th and 5th Generation Distance
Education. In this research workshop, will be discussion
of Open, Distance and eLearning. The research workshop
will cover topical issues related to ODeL. Acceptance of
abstracts will be based primarily on originality, significance and quality of contribution.
Theme: Leapfrogging Distance Learning
Through Technology
The research workshop will be composed of several
types of contributions:
• Abstract – The abstract should not exceed one page
(400 words) and be clearly marked paper abstract. All
accepted abstracts will be included in the workshop
proceedings.
• Invited Talks – Prof. Andreas Prinz and Prof. Sven
Åke Bjørke from the University of Agder and other
reknown scholars and stakeholders in the ODeL will
be invited.
• Doctoral Colloquium – A Doctoral colloquium will
enable the PhD students share their ongoing PhD
work. Prospective presenters in the PhD colloquium
are invited to submit their abstracts clearly marked
PhD Project.

Early Registration: 30 April 2015
