Keynote Presentation: “Preparing Corporate America for the Next Generation
Hispanic Workforce”
Description: In his work with over 120 corporations, Dr. Rodriguez has seen the

Rodriguez will share why corporations must elevate the level of rigor and
sophistication of their Latino talent initiatives in order to better meet the needs of the
next generation Hispanic workforce. In particular, he will focus on what it takes to
accelerate the advancement of Latino leaders. Discussed will be unique next
generation initiatives such as internal Latino leader caucuses, leadership development
programs designed specifically for Latinos, and leveraging Latino ERGs to groom
future Latino leaders. The session will also serve as a preview of Dr. Rodriguez’
