In a recent survey of recruiters from companies with more than 50,000
employees, communication and presentation skills were cited as the most
important decisive factors in recruiting job seekers. The survey, conducted by
the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Business School, clearly indicates that the
recruiters develop an overall impression about the prospective candidate
applying for a job, by looking at the Cover Letter and CV prepared by him and
assess other qualities like Confidence, Analytical Ability, Team Building,
Leadership and Communication skills, including Written and Oral
presentations, through the process of conducting Group Discussions and
Personal Interviews.
Despite the increasing stress on the importance of communication skills, many
individuals still continue to struggle, unable to communicate their thoughts and
ideas effectively – whether in the verbal or the written format. This inability
clearly acts as a restraining factor in their prospects of entering the workplace
and/or then competing effectively in the workplace, and stands in the way of
career progression. Keeping in view the arising need of meeting this challenge,

NIESBUD Campus.

Course Methodology
The two days programme would include class room lectures, along with on-the
spot preparation of CV and covering letter and its review, Group Discussion
exercises and on the spot assessment and feedback and Mock Interview sessions
with the participants and individual/group assignments.
Fee Details
Rs 3000/- (Rs Three Thousand Only per participant). This includes course
fee, study material and certificate.
Avail 10% discount in case of two or more registrations.
Those who wish to avail Residential Facility at NIESBUD during the two days
of programme will have to pay Rs 1500 per person per night (on double sharing
basis). This includes accommodation, boarding and lodging at NIESBUD
