Hockey Association
The Newmarket Minor Ball Hockey Assoc. (NMBHA) is a
non-profit organization dedicated to boys and girls between the ages of 4 to
18, residing in York Region. Ball Hockey is a non-contact sport played
indoors by approximately 600 children, in our league alone, during the
spring and summer months. NMBHA has more than doubled in size since
its inception over 25 years ago.
We are, at this time, asking you to consider sponsoring one of our
teams for this season. Your sponsorship of $350.00 will go towards the
purchase of new equipment, jerseys, floor time and also help keep the
registration costs to a minimum, allowing as many children as possible to
play. Please call the contact name below for more information.
Scores from the game, with sponsor's name, will be published to our
own website (www.nmbha.ca), as well as printed in the local newspaper
whenever possible. In addition we will be listing your sponsorship on other
pages on our website. The NMBHA also will be driving traffic to our
Facebook page and Twitter feeds.
Your support will be greatly appreciated by the NMBHA and all of
the ball hockey players. Our youth is our future, let’s do it for the kids! Keep
them in sports and out of the courts!
