DISCLOSURE ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003- (Code concerning the protection of personal data)
Under Article 13 of the D.L.GS. 196/03, we inform you that the NOLANPLASTICA SpA processes the personal
data of customers, suppliers, employees and other persons who have voluntarily provided personally and /
or through forms, phone, fax or e-mail their personal information to our offices.
According to the law (ref. Art.2 - Purposes) the data controller ensures that the processing of personal data
will be respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, and dignity, with particular reference to
confidentiality, all personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES
All data submitted by the parties concerned are treated solely for purposes related to the economic
activity, such as the provision of products and services required, in particular:










to enter registration data in the company's database;
for the emission of transport documents, invoice and credit notes;
for the emission of offers to the active or potential clients;
for the emission request of price to active and or potential suppliers;
for ordinary bookkeeping and VAT;
for the management of receipts and payments;
for sending technical and / or commercial information about its activities to active and / or
potential customers;
for internal statistics which serve to monitor the degree of client satisfaction with the quality of
services and products supplied in order to better focus on the needs of customers;
to exchange information regarding the business, administrative and sales activities by telephone,
mail, courier, fax, e-mail;
to fulfill any kind of obligations required by laws or regulations, by European Community
legislation, including tax matters.
DATA COMMUNICATION AND SPREAD
The personal information that customers, suppliers, employees have voluntarily provided to our offices will
not be disclosed in any way.
The personal data of those concerned, if necessary, may be disclosed to:





all those whose right of access is recognized by legislative measures;
our collaborators, employees, agents and suppliers within their duties and / or any contractual
obligations with them, regarding trade relations with stakeholders;
post offices, shippers and couriers for sending documentation and / or material;
all public and / or private individuals and / or legal persons (legal offices, administrative and tax
work consulting firms for the compilation of payroll, Judicial Offices, Chambers of commerce,
Labour Chambers and offices etc.), if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to carrying out our
activities and in the manner and for the purposes described above;
banks for the management of receipts and payments arising out of contracts.
In these cases will be reported only essential data, and not excessive ones in relation to the purposes for
which they are communicated.
NATURE OF DATA COLLECTION AND CONSEQUENCES OF A MISSING SUBMISSION
The submission of personal data by individuals who wish to open a business relationship with our company,
even if only for information about our activities / services, is considered optional, but their eventual failure
in submitting could result in the interruption of the relationship, its proper conduct and any legal
obligations, including tax. The data are stored at the headquarters of our company, for the time prescribed
by civil and tax laws.
THE METHOD OF TREATMENT
The processing of personal data takes place using both paper and computer with the observance of all
precautionary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality. The data will be also managed and
protected in areas where access is under constant control.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OWNER
The owner of the personal data processing is NOLANPLASTICA, Via Ponte di Sirico No. 68, 80039 Saviano
(NA). The controller is Mr. GIOVAM BATTISTA LA MARCA. The staff of NOLANPLASTICA is committed to
treatment.
RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning
him, even if not yet recorded , and their communication in an intelligible form.
He has the right to obtain information on :




source of personal data, the purposes and methods of treatment;
the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;
the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who can
learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
He has the right to obtain:


updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or block of processed unlawfully, including
data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or processed.
He has the right to object in whole or in part:


for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even to the scope of the
collection;
to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or
for carrying out market research or commercial communication
The above rights may be exercised with an informal request to the holder or one of his representatives,
including through the assigned person. The request to the owner or manager can also be sent by letter, fax
or email.
For the fulfillment of the Decree. 196 of 2003, it will be welcomed the timely submission of this form
attesting read and the expression of consent to the personal data processing, except for the cases
specifically provided by law.
