Olympic Benefits Plan is available to groups of three or more employees, and no medical
information is required. (For groups of two employees, medical information must be provided.)
Employees must work a minimum of 20 hours per week to be eligible.
The Olympic Benefits Plan offers 3 different plans: Gold, Silver and Bronze. You can mix & match
coverage options to suit your needs and budget. Life insurance, health & dental benefits are
included in all plans. All other benefits are optional. Prices are per month. Taxes are not
included.
