EyeOnWater – Create an Account
The following are the steps to create your EyeOnWater account. For steps 2-5 please refer to the screenshots
to assist with this process, as needed.

Click the link: www.EyeOnWater.com.
Select “Create Account” under the blue “Sign In” button.
Enter service zip code 96161 to populate the field with “Northstar CSD.”
Enter your account number*
Choose “Next” to complete the account creation process with your personalized information.
Once completing this information, you will receive a verification email.
After receiving the email verification from EyeOnWater, you may login to your account.
Your username will always be the email address you used to sign up and not your name.
*Your account number must be entered exactly as shown on your bill from the NCSD. A sample of this format
is: 007777-000. If you do not know or cannot locate your account number, please contact the NCSD at
530.562.0747.
Step 2 – Create Account is located on the left below the “Sign In” Button.
Step 3 – Enter Zip Code 96161 to populate the field with “Northstar CSD” as shown.
Step 4 – Enter Your Account Number in the format shown below before hitting next.
Step 5 – Enter your personal information. Check the box to agree to the “Terms of Use” and select next to create your
account.
