Greetings Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
This has been a year filled with all sorts of challenges for our churches, leaders and disciple
makers in the Pacific Northwest. But in the midst of those challenges our God has been
faithful to meet our needs and direct our paths.
On May 28-29 we are having our Regional Conference at the West Valley Missionary
Church in Yakima.
Enclosed your will find a tentative schedule, registration form, list of hotels and a map to the
church. Please remember that we need the registration forms sent back to us by May 15th.
(Please note the April 22nd deadline for the hotel reservation!)
As you may have heard this is my last conference as your regional director. I will finish my
term on June 30, 2015. This conference is very important as we discuss the future of our
region. I hope you will be able to attend.

Regional Conference Fee – Everybody who is a part of the conference body will need to
pay a fee. This fee covers the cost of the conference – materials, etc. (If you are a guest,
you will need to pay a conference fee of $25.00)

Hotel Information and Deadline – This is a very busy time in Yakima with people coming from out of town. I
suggest that you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. In the past we have used the Best Western
Ahtanum Inn, 2408 Rudkin Road, Yakima, Washington, 98903-1610, Phone: 509/248-9700 – They are holding 7
rooms for $73.00 + tax per night and suites for $103.99. You must secure your room with them by Wednesday,
April 22nd. Let them know that you are with the NORTHWEST REGION MISSIONARY CHURCH. We are also
providing a list of hotels if you are choosing another hotel. If you have questions, please call.
Conference Registration and Deadline – The deadline for this registration form is Friday, May 15, 2015. Please
return this filled out form to West Valley Missionary Church, 11107 Wide Hollow Road, Yakima, WA, 98908. You
can prepay the conference fee or you can pay at the conference registration desk. Please use only one form per
person – even if you are registering as a guest. Make conference payment checks out to: Northwest Region,
