Purpose.

To issue information on the Spring Quarte r Awards

Information. The Spring Quarter Awards ceremony will b e gi n
promptly at 1500 on Tuesday, 9 June 2015 in the Barba ra McNitt
Ballroom.
3.
Action
a. At 1415, all awardees will muster in the Barbara McNitt
Ballroom with the Events Coordinator, Ms. Sonya Solomo n.
b. At 1445, the official party will assemble in the Barbara
McNitt Ballroom and proceed directly to their seats.
c.
At 1450, all awardees will be in their assigned seat.
d.
Uniforms will be as follows:

Service "A"
( 3)
U.S. Air Force:
