Lindridge-Martin Manor Neighborhood Association Regular Meetings: General membership meetings are held on the first Wednesday of February, May, August, and November at 7:15 P. M. (Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1436 Sheridan Drive, Atlanta 30324). If the designated Wednesday meeting is a legal holiday or the Wednesday following a legal holiday in the same week, then the meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of the month. The general membership may decide on all matters pertinent to the LMMNA. The Board meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:15 p.m., except in those months accommodating a general membership meeting at a location determined by the President. Zoning meetings are held as needed. Any member may recommend himself or herself or any other member for nomination. Nominees receiving fifty percent (50%) of the votes cast shall be elected to fill the available vacancies. The term of service of each board member is two (2) years from his/her election at the annual meeting.
