How to Track the services given to Pregnant Women & Children in MCTS Portal?
1. Open the MCTS Portal (http://nrhm-mctsrpt.nic.in) Using Internet Explorer only.
 From The Mother & Child Tracking System (Reports)  Click on the Reports Option Circled in Red
above

2. From The Reports Window Click on the Report Type Drop Down Button Circled in Red as pointed by the Red
Arrow above.
3. From the Report Type Drop-down List, Click on the List: M. Facilitywise Tracking of Services as pointed by
the Red Arrow
The Window will look like this after clicking on the given list –
From the Above Window Select the Year and LMP Month In, to Track the Services given and due as desired by you:

Select the Year from the Drop-down Box as pointed by the Red Arrow below:

Select the Month from the Drop Down Box as pointed by the Red Arrow below -
Select the Month

Select the Health Facility Type from the Drop-down Box as pointed by the Red Arrow below:

Select the your respective District as pointed by the Red Arrow below:

Select the Health Block you want to track the services as pointed by the Red Arrow below:

Select the Health Facility Name as pointed by the Red Arrow below:

Select the Services you want to Track from the Report For Drop Down Box as Pointed by the Red
Arrow:
Click on the Report For

Click on the Submit Button Circled in Red Bellow:

The Generate Report Will appear Like this below:

For Instance, the report that is generated is from the Year: 2013-14; LMP Month: May – 2013; District:
West Garo Hills; Health Block: Selsella; Health Facility Type: PHC; Health Facility: Bhaitbari PHC
From the above report it can be noted that there are 12 Nos. of Pregnant women Registered in ANC1; 7
Nos. of Pregnant Women in ANC2; 12 nos. of Pregnant Women received TT1, 7 Nos. of Pregnant
Women received TT2.
To Track the Services Given to these Pregnant Women Click on the Number in the Report as shown
above in the red circle
The detailed Generated report will appear like this:

In the Generated report it is noticed that the Pregnant women with LMP in May-2013 which is due to
deliver in the month of February-2014 has not received all the services due to her as highlighted by the
Red Question Mark.

In this regard it is recommended to all the concerned officials responsible for rendering services in the
facility level to kindly look in to the matter and track down the beneficiary and the dates of the other
services that is due to her so as to help the Data Entry Agency to get all the information required to be
filled in the Web Portal and this will in turn enable our State to achieve 100% performance with respect
to services given and reporting.
 To Generate the report on Excel or PDF Format – Click on the Select a Format Drop-down Box as shown below
and select the desired format:

NB: The Downloaded information from the MCTS Portal may be shared with the respective Medical Officer Incharge
CHC/PHC. The Medical Officer in charge may share this information during the CHC/PHC meeting and hand over the
report to the concern ANM. The ANM needs to check the Mother & Child Register and report the same in the Follow Up
Format.
***The same steps may be followed for Tracking of Services for Child as well from the MCTS Portal.***
