Weeks 1-2:
Go to Leadership Engagement website
Review the Owner’s Manual
Complete the Park/Start/Accelerate Exercise (please be sure to review the Owners’ Manual first)
Create Your Patient/Customer Experience Development Goal and Plan (using the template provided). If you have an existing
plan, use what you’ve learned at the Rally to enhance and improve it. Discuss your Goal and Plan with Your Leader
Enter Your Patient/Customer Experience Development Goal in Taleo
Weeks 3-4:
Discuss the Leadership Rally at one of your team meetings
• Show video clips from the Rally
• Review the Patient/Customer Experience strategy and execution plan for 2015
• Introduce the strengthened behavioral expectations
Conduct a patient/customer experience Park/Start/Accelerate” exercise with your team
2-4 Months:
Continue to monitor progress on development goal in discussion with your leader
Capture you development goal progress in Taleo
Round on your patients/customers
Conduct weekly huddles
