This study explores the perceptions of students enrolled in a community college-university partnership focused on improving college access and readiness through accelerated coursework offered during an intensive, 5-week summer bridge experience. This study provides students, who are often omitted from the conversation, a voice to highlight their perceptions and whether the program led to their academic success. Academic Foundations now included ESL and GED programs in addition to our Developmental Courses.
