summer address. Situated on Lake Charlevoix
in “Charlevoix the Beautiful” on the shores of
Lake Michigan, it is truly one of the country’s

people characterize the community. Lake
Charlevoix is one of the state’s largest inland
lakes. It empties via the Pine River Channel
into Lake Michigan for miles of nautical
enjoyment.
Since 1981, Northwest Marine Yacht Club has
offered an unmatched cruising area and the
privacy of a Club atmosphere. Don’t let the
word Club at the end of the name fool you. It
means a group of friends who are all owners of
their own marina. If there were to be a dress
code (which there isn’t) it would be swim suits
and shorts.
