colleges/universities to determine a student’s eligibility for federal, state, and college-sponsored
financial aid, including grants, educational loans, and work-study programs. The FAFSA is
available on-line January 1st. Federal aid is limited and much of it is offered on a first-come,

financial aid possible. Also, please pay close attention to the deadlines the college/university’s
Financial Aid Office have in place to make sure you are not missing out on an opportunity for
financial assistance. You can access the FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
