The 2015 NYC Cup Showcase is a strictly enforced Stay & Play program for ALL parents, players and guests. Teams
traveling to the tournament must reserve a minimum 5 rooms for two nights through our housing bureau. Team’s may opt out
of the program for a $1250 fee.
After your team is assigned to a hotel, you will be provided a link for you or your team’s parents to book the rooms you
requested.
Coaches and parents should not contact the hotel directly to make reservations. Any reservations made directly with the
hotel does not count toward the Stay & Play program and may be subject to cancellation.
Once your team block is assigned, you will have a deadline to book your rooms after which time, the rooms not booked will be
released.
Each guest room will sign a 'Good Neighbor Agreement' at check in.
