PROPOSAL FOR 2015 SEASON
CATEGORY: FIS
POSITION: CHIEF CATEGORY
DESCRIPTION
Club Ski la Parva, the largest in South America and the one with best
results, is looking for a coach to the position of Head of Category FIS.
This category has a group of approx. 14 competitive children (recent
results: Top 2 Borrufa 2015 Top 10 Whistler Cup).
We are looking for an experienced coach in FIS groups interested in
making a difference in a competitive group and in having an
unsurpassed experience in Chile.
SEASON
Tentative dates: From June 21st to September 29th
PASSAGES FROM EUROPE
Under charge of the Club, tentatively, arrival approx. June 16th
Coordination: Sisco Fernandez, siscof clubskilaparva.cl
TRAINING PERIOD
From the start of the season (June) until the end of September, at the
end of FIS Races.
The first week in June, training will be conducted Saturday and Sunday
as usual.
If a FIS racer wants to train during the week, coaches should be willing
to make and plan trainings.
Unlike other years, this year the winter holiday’s athletes are in midJuly, which will if we have snow, having more weekend to ski days,
mileage exercises.
WINTER HOLIDAY:
Period of two weeks, yet to be defined. Free day once a week.
Some children have a longer holiday period and if they are in the ski
resort, they should have training.
AUGUST / SEPTEMBER: Depending on the race calendar, but this month
is focused on trainings and races
1. Tour of races in San Martin, Bariloche and Antillanca
2. Metropolitan Races (La Parva, Valle Nevado and Colorado)
3. Speed races (La Parva)
Other races regions may occur.
TRAINING WEEKDAY
For this category there should be training available in the week for
children who are able and willing to train.
The trainings during the week will be in morning and afternoon, with
lunch on track. (Café area of 3100).
Proposal: 8:30 to 12:00, lunch at track until 12:30 Training 12:30 to
14:30 - 15: 00 hours. It will depend on the availability of the tracks.
COORDINATION BETWEEN TRAINING WEEK:
The coordination of training during the week must be provided by the
Head of Category, so that parents communicate directly with the head
category. The Head in turn inform of these trainings to the Club
Manager, Sisco Fernández.
PHYSICAL TRAINING
Physical preparation should be done with children at least 1 session per
weekend (if it is so simple week), or 1 session every 2 days if long
vacation.
REMUNERATION
SALARY: $ 4,000,000 CLP (a change today is approx. € 5,600.) Negotiable
SHARED APARTMENT RENTAL 1 (*)
FEE FOR ELECTRICITY AND GAS COSTS $ 400,000 DEPARTMENT.
ROUND TRIP TICKET TO THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
DAILY LUNCH
TRUCK RENTAL OF A GROUP FOR COACHES (PETROL IS AT USERS)
(*) Department for coaches. The return of property in the same
condition it was delivered earlier this season and prior review of
inventory. All costs incurred for repair or replacement of items the
department shall be apportioned among the users.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment in three instances:
15 JULY
15 AUGUST
30 SEPTEMBER
Payment in Euros or Chilean Pesos, according to convenience
CONTRACT
As a Club we have contract adjustments that are now mandatory in
Chile.
The contracts will be done here in Chile during the early days of
entering the country, after processing the visa in the country of origin.
