Important reminder: There is a 3% processing fee on all credit card payments. Use of the amenities is only for members in good standing. To be in good standing all citations, late fees, interest & annual fees, etc. must be paid in full or you must be current on a payment plan. ATTENTION RESIDENTS: When you are having your driveway plowed PLEASE make sure that you instruct your plow driver to plow the snow on to your property. DO NOT SHOVEL OR PLOW SNOW ONTO OUR ROADS. Piles of snow being pushed out onto the roads can create hazardous conditions for drivers. Thank You! Please remember that our rules state that there is to be NO PARKING ON THE ROADS! This will impede our snow removal and can interfere with traffic flow. ST.
