Classes and teachers are subject to change. Oceanside Dance Academy's calendar is based on an 11-month, 44 week (4
classes per month) school year. All rehearsals, performances (excluding the recital) and extra combined classes have
been counted towards the 44-week base. These classes may also be counted as substitute classes in the event of classcancellation. Classes with 3 or less students may be considered half-hour semi-private lessons. A 30-day written notice is
required to drop any classes and stop ACH. Every student is responsible for monthly tuition, regardless of how many
classes he/she attends. A child with a tuition late fee outstanding by the 20th of each month will not be allowed to
attend class. A child with any outstanding debt will not be able to perform in any Oceanside Dance Academy event. A 20day outstanding debt will result in forfeiture of the student's place in class. For the purpose of mantaining continuity in
class instruction and optimal learning environment for our students, all non-registered students aged 3-12 years shall be
permitted a maximum of two drop-in classes. If the student wishes to continue attending the class, they then must
register. Pointe class requires registration in one additional ballet class (two ballet classes minimum). Advanced
beginners lyrical to intermediate-advanced lyrical requires one additional ballet class.
