It is the most fascinating little plane I have ever seen.
I used to have to pay for arial shots TAKEN BY A PILOT FLYING OVER THE
PROPERTY. This little drone can do close-up pictures and videos.
We just sent this drone 800 feet or so up over Ocean Royale and got most
magnificent video of the Pool, Tennis courts, Ocean Royale cabanas and
buildings; and the pier and beach.

SMALL COMPANY LARGE RESULTS

I AM NOT A Sales “ASSOCIATE” that works for a large Real Estate
Company. I am the BROKER/OWNER of Ocean Trail Realty and have
worked for my own company for over 35 years.
The $$Buck stops with me. When you sign a listing agreement now, a large
percentage of the companies are including an “Administrative Fee” plus the
commission. It gets charged to you at closing. It is similar to the “Dealers
Cost” when you buy a car.
I have seen them on most of the closing statements I have with Real Estate
ASSOCIATES that have the SELLER’S listing and I bring in the “Buyer”.
The closing statements show charges over and above the commission of an
extra $295 and UP TO $495.00 to the sellers.
I am happy with the commission and do not have any desire to squeeze any
extra dollars from my SELLER’S that list with me. My listing agreements
include only the commission.
