2015 OCOM Presidential Scholarship
Application – Master’s Program
OCOM will award a $3,500 OCOM Presidential Scholarship for the 2015-2016 academic year.
Eligibility
To apply for the scholarship, you must be an applicant to the master’s program for Fall 2015
and have completed your online admissions application by March 16, 2015.

Scholarship applicants must submit a typed, double-spaced essay with a maximum of one page
(250 words) — with completed scholarship application attached — to Judy Gjesdal, Director
of Financial Aid, at [email protected] by 5:00 PM, Monday, March 16, 2015.
Scholarship applicants will be selected based on their response to the following essay question:
“How do you envision your personal transformation at OCOM,
and how will that prepare you to provide exemplary patient care?”
The scholarship committee will review all application materials and select the recipient. Scholarship applicants
will be notified of the results by May 15, 2015.
