2015 CERTIFICATION RENEWAL CREDIT RECORD
Continuing Education courses/programs must provide learning opportunities that improve skills and knowledge based
on latest information and technology in the dental field. Certified Members are required to submit proof of 12
continuing education credits annually (by December 31st) to renew their certification credential.
Official documentation from the company or organization that presents the seminar is required for credits to be
approved. As the Certifying Body for Ontario dental assistants, ODAA reserves the right to award credits based solely
on this credit record and the qualifications of the presenter. Should you have any questions about credits, please
