Minister Behera left for China to inaugurate
Odisha Pavilion at 3rd China-South Asia Exposition
Bhubaneswar, 10th June, 2015
Micro Small & Medium Enterprises Minister Sri Jogendra Behera will
inaugurate the 'Odisha Pavilion' in the '3rd China-South Asia Exposition' at
Kumming city of China on 12th June 2015.
To attend the programme, a 15 members team headed by Minister Sri
Behera, left for China today. This exposition will be coordinated by Federation of
Indian Export Organisation and held from 12th to 16th June, for five days. Since its
inception in 2013, primary objective of this exposition is to promote products of
South Asian countries. It will create an opportunity for Indian Business and
Industries Association to showcase their products and establish trade linkages not
only with China, but also with other countries of South and South East Asia.
Addl. Secretary Sri Fakir Mohan Nayak is accompanying this team.
Vehement Energy, Jay Bharat Spices Pvt. Ltd., Swastik Exports, Kalinga Exports,
Barunei Handicrafts, A. P. Exporter, Annapurna International, Nigam Enterprisers
are eight enterprises participating in this China-south Asia Exposition showcasing
their products on Dokra & fashion jewellery, artificial jewellery, handicrafts,
spices and food products, textile, imitation jewellery, agriculture etc. The rent of
the stalls provided to enterprises will be borne by the MSME Department of
Odisha.
