General Terms and Conditions ( T&C ) of the Fun Forest Ltd.
AdventurePark Offenbach
1.
Each participant must read these general conditions before entering the Fun Forest Adventure Park. With their
signature he or she confirms to have read the rules and guarantees to respect them. Regarding underage
participants, parents must take note of the rules and must instruct the underage participants before entering
t h e Fun Forest Adventure Park. With their signature parents guarantee to have read, understood and
explained the rules to the underage participants.

Entering the Fun Forest Adventure Park is connected to certain risks. Point no. 7 determines the liability of Fun
Forest.
3.
Fun Forest Adventure Park is open to all visitors who are at least 7 years old (kids course 3 - 6 years) and have a
minimum reaching height of 1,60m and who do not suffer any form of mental or physical impairment which could
represent a danger to their own health or to others. People under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medicine or any
other substance are not authorized to enter the Fun Forest Adventure Park. Children with a reaching height of less
than 1,60m have to be accompanied by a climbing adult (max. 2 children to one adult). While using the belay
system children with a reaching height of 1,60m can climb on their own, in accordance to the age restrictions set
for the courses. The max. weight is 120kg.

The use of mobile telephones and (video-) cameras is strictly prohibited while climbing. Please leave any object at
the pay desk which could result in injury to yourself or others. Long hair must be tied back (as it could get caught
the pulley) and jewelry, watches and long necklaces must be taken off. It is mandatory to use closed, sturdy shoes.

Each participant must attend an entire safety instruction before being able to take part in the activities of Fun
Forest Adventure Park. All information and decisions of the organizer / instructor must be respected. We reserve
the right to exclude any person from the Fun Forest Adventure Park who has breached or not complied with the
safety requirements explained by the organizer / instructor. In violation of these rules, the Fun Forest Ltd declines
any responsibility in the event of any associated damage or accident.
6.
The equipment lent by Fun Forest (helmet, harness, belay system) must be used in accordance to the instructions
of the organizer / instructor. It is not allowed to manipulate or willfully destroy the equipment. The equipment must
not be exchanged or removed while climbing and must be returned to the pay desk after use. One carabiner must
always be fixed to the safety cable. In case of doubt, please ask a Fun Forest trainer.
7.
The Fun Forest Ltd. is liable under the statutory provisions for personal injury. Regarding pecuniary damages or
material damages, the Fun Forest Ltd. is only liable in the event of gross negligence by the organizer / instructor.
The Fun Forest Ltd. declines any responsibility in case of damages that might be caused by third parties.
8.
Every station especially every zipline, may only be entered by one person at a time. On the platforms a maximum
of three people are allowed at once, on the central platform a maximum of twenty people at once.
9.
For the Pro-Package (nr.10-14) every guest must receive the extra safety instruction.
10. The management (represented by the local management) has the right to exclude people who disrespect the rules
of Fun Forest Ltd. The management also has the right to suspend any activities for technical or safety reasons
(fire, storm, thunderstorm, etc). In this case, the entrance ticket is not refundable. If a participant wishes to leave
the park earlier or without finishing the course, the entrance ticket will not be refunded.
11. Fun Forest Ltd. has the right to use any photograph or film for advertising or information purposes. If a participant
does not wish to be filmed or photographed, he or she has to inform the management and will received a marked
helmet. Taking pictures or movies for use in advertising is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the Fun Forest
Ltd. has the right to claim compensation.
12. Gathered data will be used solely for the settlement of contracts, the sending of our newsletter and for customer
service. To make use of your right of objection in accordance with §28 of the federal law of privacy protection, a
notice to the Fun Forest Corporation is sufficient.
